Labor is hard, especially when you have to push a cart weighing four times your weight inside of it. Moradin was a worker inside of an iron mine. Pushing his cart day in and day out, swinging his pick and finding the cracks in the earth that would allow him to progress further into it. In his years of practice Moradin began to understand, and to see clearly, the workings of the earth and stone, seeing the weak points that could make any rock crumble and earth give way. Once he understood this he disappeared one day into the stone wall he was digging out. His co-workers did not know what to make of this, none of the labor class ever left their post. It was their job to mine the ore for the smiths in the land. But one defected, Moradin had left, and with this his name was shamed and forever exiled from his home. From his knowledge of the earth Moradin found the fault lines of the earth, studying them and learning more and more about the plates of this world and what he would find within. Moradin was never heard from again, though is throught to have become part of the earth and earned a place in the realm of Gods.
